Drive Disable Delay for Brakes

For setting the delay when disabling the drive in the AriesController use parameter  C103 - Drive Disable Delay. This will hold the motor current for a delay while the brake engages so in vertical applications position is held. This should be set to the set time of the brake (listed in the motor catalog specifications) or actuator/positioners for brakes on leadscrews.

Units motor current disable time in milliseconds
Range 0 to 1000

Default 0

Command INUFD

This is the opposite of OUTBD which is C41 which is the output brake delay, which holds the brake before enabling the drive.

This can be added to the DEFINES section as one central location in ACR-View or the programs.
